Ashwagandha Root Powder - Ashvagandha Roots Powder - Asgandh Nagori - Withania Somnifera

What is ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha (also known as Withania somnifera) is an evergreen shrub that grows in Asia and Africa. It is commonly used for stress. There is little evidence for its use as an "adaptogen." If you've been searching high and low for a new supplement to help you combat the stress of everyday life, then we have good news: Your search is over.

Ashwagandha contains chemicals that might help calm the brain, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, and alter the immune system. Since ashwagandha is traditionally used as an adaptogen, it is used for many conditions related to stress. Adaptogens are believed to help the body resist physical and mental stress.

Some of the conditions it is used for include insomnia, aging, anxiety and many others, but there is no good scientific evidence to support most of these uses. There is also no good evidence to support using ashwagandha for COVID-19. Don't confuse ashwagandha with Physalis alkekengi or American ginseng—both plants are related but have nothing in common except their name!

Uses:

Ashwagandha is a popular herb used in Ayurvedic medicine. It's grown in India, and it's been used for thousands of years to treat many conditions and improve overall health.

There are many different types of ashwagandha, but the most common type is used in Ayurvedic medicine. It can be taken by mouth, applied to the skin (under supervision), or taken as a drink. The main active ingredient in ashwagandha is Withania somnifera root extract, which has been shown to have a number of positive effects on health.

Insomnia. Taking ashwagandha by mouth seems to improve overall sleep and sleep quality in some people. Stressing out? Taking it might help reduce stress in some people—it might also help reduce stress-related weight gain.

Stress relief: There isn't enough reliable information about whether ashwagandha helps with anxiety or other stress-related conditions like depression or PTSD; however, there is interest in using it for these purposes.

How to use:
Ashwagandha has most frequently been used by grown-ups in boluses up to 1000 mg daily, for over to 12 weeks. Speak with a healthcare provider to find out what cure might be stylish for a specific condition.
