Delivery of Product is FREE on prepayment. You need not pay any additional charge apart the Product Cost. No Hidden Cost.
Domestic Shipping - Cash on Delivery
There are extra charges for Cash on Delivery Service as below:
Upto 400 Grams - Rs 50
Upto 900 grams - Rs 100
Upto 1,300 grams - Rs 150
Upto 1,800 grams - Rs 200
Maximum of 1.8 Kg weight, and the maximum of order amount up to Rs 3000 can be ordered in one go through Cash on Delivery Medium. User can avail only one order on COD at a time. COD option gets disabled as soon as one order is raised, and automatically enabled when the order is delivered to you successfully.
Please avoid ordering through multiple accounts on COD. Any further order shall automatically be cancelled, even if raised from another account.
The orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days from our end. The General Delivery Time-lines in India are with in 3 to 7 working days from the date of order.

However, Due to Festivals, Events, Holidays or any other unforeseen circumstances which may hinder Shipment travel, the shipment may get delayed over & above the standard time-lines. Golden Nature shall not be held liable for untimely delivery under such delays. Customer has the liberty to follow-up themselves with Courier Company, for faster and timely delivery in such cases.
Our shipping partners are Delhivery Courier, and India Speed Post for Domestic Retail Orders. For Bulk Orders, we dispatch through Delhi based Transporter of your choice.
User may let us know his preferred mode of shipment in comment section, however, Golden Nature reserves the right to choose the final mode of shipment.
Shipping charges do apply on International Shipping as per Weight and Destination. We export through DHL , Fedex, and India Speed Post (EMS) Internationally.
Custom Clearance is Customer's responsibility in case it get stuck in Customer Country's custom. It is customers responsibility and obligation to see that he orders what his country allows him to procure.
As a seller, we are bound to ship all products with-in the stipulated time, and cannot refund/ replace on the partial or whole shipment, if your country does not allow the shipment or product(s).
We will not be responsible for return and refund or replacement, in case it stucks in Customer Country customs , or it gets returned back from customer’s country due to any reason.
Also, any extra duty/tax , if levied, as per customer's country, has to be paid by the Customer.
